Insomnia can lead to desperation

Drudge links to this story about a man who backed out of re-enacting the Crucifixion.
The man was considering re-enacting the Crucifixion as part of a spiritual journey to regain his faith.
What led to his loss of faith?
“His insomnia was a major problem. He used to lie in bed all night praying for God to let him sleep and He never answered so he began to think there was no God.”

Yes , insomnia can be pretty harrowing at times and where you need to see God you end up in Hell.
However, one needs to do something about it as insomnia can be largely due to several factors such as stress, graveyard shifts and even depression. This can be alleviated by soft music or activities like reading or exercising which often tires you till you fall asleep.
There is a health search engine which is quite unique and interesting which discusses insomnia and other diseases and conditions in detail.
