Working with the US Sumo Wrestling Team

A picture of me (the person with a tie), working with the U.S. Sumo team, counseling them about sleep.

Are you teaching them proper sleep positions in the photo?

zipzap, yes we did talk about sleep positions- the sumo wrestlers are demonstrating a good position for sleeping- the lateral position. Sleeping in the lateral positions improves airflow and decreases snoring, compared to the supine position.

Good to know. I often sleep (or start out sleeping) laterally. I've also read in a Jewish text that this position is recommended (possibly Maimonides; I can't remember for sure).
